Vision Mission and Values

Vision And Mission
As Hong Kong ages more and more rapidly, the working population is not only the main source of family income, but also the primary caregiver for the elderly family member with chronic illnesses. Most of them are anonymous, in fact, it is probably you, me, or anyone around us. In the context of Chinese society, the needs of working caregivers are easily ignored, and their physical and mental health is not properly taken care of. In addition to personal health and work performance, the long-term impacts are the sustainability of company development, the distribution of supply and demand in the labor force and economic system in society.

Our Philosophy: To advocate working caregivers in Hong Kong, so that their journeys and needs of support can be heard by the community.

Our Mission: To focus on the identity of working persons caring for elderly persons aged 65 or above with medical care needs or chronically illnesses in Hong Kong, to raise awareness of their needs, and to provide appropriate support and promote the adoption of a caregiver-friendly working environment and policies.
